Justice Antonin Scalia declares that the Supreme Court "has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." True, but it's the wrong answer to the right question. Or something.
Shaun Mullen was born to blog. It just took a few years for the medium to catch up to the messenger. Simpson trials, Clinton impeachment circus and coming of Osama bin Laden, among many other big stories.
